Customer Service Hours

  • Our customer service hours is between 10am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. 

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped the next day. We do same day delivery if you can settle your payment on or before our 10am cut-off. This is for Metro Manila area only. Orders placed after cut-off time are shipped the next day.
  • We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. 
  • The choice of courier will be at the discretion of Love Curves PH. The shipping rates shown during checkout is our set standard rate and is not the shipping rate offered by our choice of courier. Our shipping rate includes the courier's shipping fee, company's processing fee and other miscellaneous items that incurs cost in the process of shipping. In the event that the first choice of shipping courier has been changed, it is our discretion to decide on an alternative. The choice of courier will ultimately depend on the efficiency and timeliness of shipping process to ensure that you will receive your order at the earliest possible time. 

Return and Exchange Policy

  • We have a one-time return and exchange policy which you can avail of within seven (7) days from the shipment date. You may return and exchange your product if you got the wrong size, color or style.
  • Send us an email at lovecurvesph@gmail.com so we can address your concerns. However, we will still need to confirm the availability of the style, color and size of the product you wish to exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hang tag/s fully attached.
  • Before returning the product, please email us at lovecurvesph@gmail.com so we can discuss your concerns and check the availability of the item you wish to exchange. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once this is confirmed, you may ship / return the product back to us.
  • Please note that you will need to shoulder the shipping costs for the exchange/ returns.
  • To avoid getting the wrong size please refer to our size guide or you may message us for assistance.
  • If seven (7) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Refunds

  • You can exchange the product but we do not allow a refund except when we delivered the damaged or wrong item, size or color.
  • All paid orders are considered final. There will be no cancellations and refunds once orders are confirmed or paid.

    Return Shipping

    • To return your product, you must contact us first at lovecurvesph@gmail.com to receive instructions for shipping.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
